I just wanted to thank Candace for giving me a wonderful hair cut!!! I live over an hour away, but will always make the drive cause everyone there is so nice and always makes me feel so comfortable!!

Candace, my stylist, was excellent. She gave me exactly what I asked for. She convinced me to try the Hall Of Fame service and I couldn’t be happier. I live in Stafford but I will make sure to comeback for all my haircuts.

The following has occurred more than once during the recent year. Check in online; arrive on time at the location; sit and wait; sit and wait; sit and wait. The stylists who are not engaged with customers simply walk around, look at the waiting area, walk around, then go to the back - apparently to take a break. No one says a word; no one gives any indication of when a haircut might actually be provided, or why the wait is excessive. Meanwhile, the wait time that was projected on the Board was exceeded long ago. Finally, there is no option but to leave. A couple of things are clear: The facility has no management oversight (staff do as they wish); the facility provides little or no customer service training. It also seems that there is a "profile" for preferred customers at the facility - it just isn't clear exactly who fits the profile. Thankfully, there are many other places to get a haircut.

I wish to give 0 stars. I went here today morning for my 10 months old baby boy's hair cut. It's his second time hair cut. There were two ladies in the salon, one with tattoos all over and hair colored blue and the other lady pierced her face all over her mouth area. The tattoo lady took us and started hair cut. She was very rude from the beginning. As soon as my baby starts crying, she was saying that she might have to stop the service of he cried further like this in a very rude tone. And it was me who resisted and tried to play some video and tried to divert my baby and she did not even have patience for few seconds and very very rude. It's not once or twice that she said she might have to stop the service because of the baby cry. It's not the scissor cut, it is with the machine. I went to sports clips for my baby's first hair cut at the other location so I knew how they handle the babies and their hair cut. I asked for the wipes to wipe the hair at my baby's lips as I don't want him to swallow the hair and she said sorry, we don't have wipes. And I told her that the wipes are right at the back before the mirror. I took the wipes on myself from there and wipe the hair. All at a sudden she just took off out covers and she is done with her service. That was like no side locks done and one side hair cut done and very very odd. The other lady said she tried her best and we cannot cut the hair while baby was crying. As a mom, I know that it's not a bad cry or a cry with pain or screaming. It's a very normal cry for any baby because of the discomfort. Then, I went to great clips which is near the walmart in short pump. And Katlin did a wonderful job and been very patient and kind with the baby. Tried to pacify my baby and they asked me to offer the baby some milk to calm down and they said they can wait and after all it's their job to do the baby's hair cut. The took that responsibility and finished the hair cut very very well done. I will never ever recommend sports clips at this location. Great clips is wonderful at short pump.

I have always had excellent service. I have settled for one stylist now (Lauren) and it she is super. I get my hair cut the way I want it and always the MVP. The MPV makes me feel that way.
